Shipping and Delivery

We make all our items to order. Our normal lead time to dispatch is 5 - 10 working days, although this may be slightly longer at busy times. We’ll confirm the expected dispatch date within one working day of order placement. Please do let us know if you have a particular delivery date in mind and we’ll do everything we can to meet it. For most of the UK, delivery is next working day. However, delays sometimes occur, especially at busy times of year. Remote and offshore locations will take longer.
