Returns

Our products are handmade to order and unfortunately we can’t accept returns unless received damaged or incorrectly supplied.

Damages and Issues

Please check your order on receipt and contact us if the item is defective or incorrectly supplied in any way.  We’ll do everything we can to resolve your issue as quickly as we can.  Issues must be reported within 14 days of receipt of goods. For any goods that show obvious signs of damage in transit, please contact us within 3 working days of receipt of order.

Refunds

If a refund is agreed, we’ll arrange for collection of the item and a full refund to your original payment method will be processed as soon as possible.
